Dilema

There are two prisioners, wanting to be free (does not state it). The both of them are put away in two different rooms to be questioned, and both are offered a deal. If one tells on the other one, meanwhile the other one remains silent that person would go free and the convicted would be condemed 10 year to prision. If none of them talk both will recieve a six months jail term with a pretty low criminal records. But if both talk against eachother both will recieve a 5 year sentence. So this example is trying to find out what are the two prisioners giong to do. I predictted that both would going to remain silence, so it is going to be the easiest way out. But the selfish gene clearly contradicts with my self. Because this one states that both are going to talk condeming themselfs to a five year prision term.

If I was in that example I know the other one is going to talk, so I know I can not bet I am going to be free and the other ten years. The best cards I have to play are that the other prisioner stays silent, so both will spent a six months term in jail but not five years.

I do not agree with the selfish gene because this one is always trying to put the human as the worst thing that might ever touch the face of earth. The most clear example is its title. I do not say that humans are perfect. Humans clearly show a behaviour that sometimes it is not the apropiate one, but clearly human race it is not always wanting to step on others to get what it wants.
